7 nights at the hotel with half-board for 1 or 2 guests. Spa guests may be accompanied by a non-spa guest sharing their room.

At the Sofitel Diététique Quiberon, the package is sold with full dietetic board.

Treatments program

4 treatments per day for 6 days, scheduled alternately in the morning or afternoon. Treatments may include:

• individual water treatments such as hydromassage bath, whirlpool bath, jet spray shower
• swimming pool treatments, such as underwater jet spray, aquagym, relaxation
• algae and body wrap treatments
• massages and body modeling, including affusion modeling, Shiatsu and California massages
• specific treatments and techniques, such as stretching, yoga.

All our packages include free access to certain activities at the Fitness Center, and free admission to Agora events. Bath towels and robes are provided at the Institute.

You may begin your Fitness treatment program any day of the week.

For the 6-day package, a medical aptitude certificate is required.
